Two MIRC members took advantage of our latest Reciprocity Circle-style meeting to gather valuable input and support for their individual projects and challenges.

Several times a year, the Malmö International Rotary Club (MIRC) replaces a regular club meeting with a Reciprocity Circle in which members can present their current professional or personal challenges to the club for advice and networking around solutions. This event falls under our motto of ‘Service Above Self’ in that we work to support and help our fellow members.

On Monday night, two MIRC members shared their individual projects with the gathered Rotarians and invited guests. MIRC member Ray Lindquist guided us through the requests for support and the responses from the group were creative and very generous.

Our current membership is comprised of adult professionals from 20 countries representing a multitude of industries, with each member having many years of professional and international experience. This incredible source of knowledge, experience, and networks, is as yet mostly untapped. By making members of the club aware of areas in which other members need help and assistance, we can draw from this comprehensive pool of contacts, thereby hopefully helping our members overcome their professional and personal hurdles quickly and easily.
